Thank you so much for your patience with me posting last week’s affirmations so late. I really appreciate you!
I’m really proud of myself for getting this post up on time, and hope that you are recognizing and celebrating your own victories.
If this is your first time here, every week I share the positive affirmations that I will be using in my own self care routine. I share them in the order that I will be using them (1 is Sunday, 2 is Monday, etc.), but I hope that you will use them in whatever order or way works best for you and your needs.
I hope you have a wonderful week, and always remember that you are enough!
All of my feelings are valid.
I give myself unconditional permission to eat any food.
I’m sorry that this post is late, and also that I’ve been relatively inactive on here and social media. I have some big life changes going on right now (all good!), and it’s been a rough adjustment. I’m trying to organize my time and energy better so hopefully you’ll be seeing more book reviews and blog posts soon!
Which is why I’m posting this week’s affirmations half a week late. I figured that hey, better late than never, right? Maybe?
Anyway, as always, I’m including 7 affirmations listed in the order that I personally will be using them (5 is Thursday, 6 is Friday, etc.), but I really hope that you will use them in whatever order and way works best for you!
I’ll see you… in a few days for next week’s affirmations.
Happy Sunday, friends! I hope that you’re having a good weekend, and are taking some time for self-care!
I’m back with more positive affirmations for you to use this week! I always share them in the order that I’ll be using them, (1 is Sunday, 2 is Monday, etc.) but I encourage you to use them in whatever way works best for you.
I hope that you remember to be kind to yourself this week, and and I’ll see you next Sunday with more affirmations!
I take things one day at a time.
I can be kind and set healthy boundaries.
My voice matters.
I make room for who I am, and who I am becoming.
My worth is not dependent on the appearance or size of my body.
My body always deserves love and respect, no matter my size.
I decided to mix things up a little bit this week and post this week’s affirmations on Sunday instead of Sunday. I’m going to poll my Instagram followers to gage if I should post on Saturdays or Sundays, so be sure to follow me!
I share the week’s affirmations in the order that I’ll be using them (1 is Sunday, 2 is Monday, etc.), but please use them in whatever way works best for you. I’ll see you next week with more affirmations!
Every day in every way, I am growing.
I am here to accomplish amazing things and I share my gifts with the world.
I am an expression of care, joy, and love.
Guilt and shame will not change my past. Worry and fear will not change my future.
I am fearless.
I am comfortable in my own skin.
I see the difficult parts of my life as challenges.
I’m sorry this post is so late, but to be completely honest, my mental health has been in a rough spot lately. I’m working with my therapist to feel better, and I’m slowly getting back to where I want to be.
I didn’t want to leave ya’ll hanging completely, so even though it’s a few days late, here are the affirmations for this week.
As always, I’m sharing the affirmations in the order that I’m using them (1 is Sunday, 2 is Monday, etc.), but I encourage you to use them in whatever order/way works best for you.

I am capable.
My health is more important than beauty standards.
One part of my daily routine that really helps set the tone of my day is my recitation of positive affirmations. If you’re anything like me, maybe you think that sounds hokey. I did when I first heard about them. Now, saying my affirmations is one of my favorite parts of the day.
Speaking positivity into my life is super helpful and powerful, especially as someone who struggles with mental illness. My mental illnesses oftentimes cause me to assume the worst in situations, but affirmations remind me of the positive.
Positive affirmations have been especially helpful this year as the world turned upside down, and everything became uncertain. So, if you’re interested in using positive affirmations, I thought I would share 20 that have helped me during the pandemic.
I will focus on what I can control.
I react peacefully and calmly to any situation.
I do my part tokeep myself and others safe.
It is okay to just survive right now.
I am strong and independent.
Worry can not change my circumstances.
I love myself enough to push through.
I can do it. I know I can.
I have the strength and resourcefulness to deal effectively with whatever happens to me.
Happy Saturday, I hope that last week’s affirmations brought you some moments of peace this past week. I’m so excited to begin another week by sharing my affirmations for this upcoming with with ya’ll!
I’ll be sharing them in the order that I’ll be personally using them (1 is Sunday, 2 is Monday, etc.), but you are welcome and I encourage you to use them however work best for you personally!
Have a great rest of your weekend, and I’ll see you next Saturday!
I courageously accept all parts of myself, and embrace my strengths and vulnerability.
Hi friends! Happy Saturday! I hope that you’re enjoying your weekend so far and had a wonderful week! I’m back with this upcoming week. I hope practicing these are just as beneficial for you as they are for me! As always, I personally will practice them in the order they’re in, but you’re free to use them however best serves you. I’ll see you next week!
I am going to be okay.
