Positive Affirmations for You to Use the Week of March 6th – 12th

Hi friends, internet acquaintances, and strangers!

I apologize for not keeping up with my weekly affirmation posts. I’ve been focused on my mental health treatment lately, which I think we can all agree is a super important thing at this point in my life.

I’m finally feeling better, and am consistently feeling hopeful for the future, which is huge. Yeah, the future is overwhelming and scary… but I’m also excited for it. But with this comes clarity and I find myself wondering what decisions I have to make to put myself on the road to extended stability, which is also difficult and overwhelming. But, I’m extremely privileged to have an incredible support system that I know will support me no matter what decisions I make.

I’ve actually been feeling well enough to be consistent with my daily routines! I started a new daily journal called The Daily Zen yesterday, and I like it a lot so far (I have only done two days, but both prompts were great!). I’m working hard to get to where I want to be to live a life worth living.

If you’ve been here a while, you know that daily affirmations are a hugely important part of my daily routines. I use them while doing my daily hygiene, and journal them, though each person is different. I choose one affirmation a day to focus on, and at the beginning of each week, I share which affirmations I’ll be using that upcoming week.

I always share the affirmations in the order that I’ll be using them (1 is Sunday, 2 is Monday, 3 is Tuesday, etc.) but I encourage you to use them in whatever order and/or way works best for you. And you may find that not all the affirmations work for you! That’s okay! I share these every week with the hope that you take what you need, and leave the rest.

Have a great rest of your week, and I’ll see you on Sunday! No matter what you encounter, or what may happen, I hope you remember you are stronger and more capable than you know.
