Positive Affirmations for You to Use the Week of July 11th – 17th

Hi friends! I’m sorry this post is so late. I’ve been having a hard time feeling inspired and motivated to create any content lately. But, I’m up north visiting family and am already feeling refreshed and renewed and inspired to create again! I hope you’re making time for self-care this week, too.


One of my weekly self-care rituals is picking out what positive affirmations I’ll use that week and then sharing them with you here and on Instagram. I always share them in the order that I personally will be using them (1 is Sunday, 2 is Monday, etc.), but I hope that you will use them in whatever way works best for you!


Enjoy the rest of your week, and I’ll see you Sunday! Till then, be sure to remember that you are loved, worthy, and valued – so much more than you know!

  3. Every day, in every way, I am growing.
  4. I take things one day at a time.
  5. I can say no and not people-please.
  6. I am my own biggest fan.
  7. I am an expression of care, joy, and love.
