I hope that you had a fantastic week and are ready to start this week on the right foot – with some positive affirmations.
Every week, I share seven affirmations that I will be using throughout the week. These affirmations vary in topics, including mental health, self-care, confidence, body and fat positivity, etc., so hopefully you’ll find a few that speak to you!
I personally like choosing one to focus on per day, but you are welcome to use them however works best for you. I share them in the order that I’ll be using them (1 is Sunday, 2 is Monday, etc.) but again, I encourage you to use them in whatever order or way works best for YOU! Positive affirmations are such an important part of my self-care routine, and have truly helped my tendency towards negative thinking and my mental health. I just want to share something that I know works for me, just in case it works for you, too!
