Hi friends!
It’s time for this week’s affirmations! I was committed to having this post ready to go early, but I unfortunately got into a car accident and that kind of ruined all of my plans. I’m physically okay, but have been very emotionally overwhelmed and anxious and depressed. I’m so grateful that nobody got hurt, and that the damage is fixable, but it still threw a wrench into my routine, and it has been very hard for me to cope with.
I hope that your week was a little better than mine, and if it wasn’t – hey, I’m proud of you for hanging on and making it to today. And this upcoming week is a blank canvas with limitless opportunities for joy and good things, and I wish all those things for you!
As always, the affirmations are shared in the order that I personally will be using them throughout the week (1 is Sunday, 2 is Monday, etc.), but I encourage you to use them in whatever way works best for you! If that means repeating all of them every day, or in a different order than I do, go for it! I share these because daily positive affirmations are such an important part of my routine, and I want to share the kind words I am learning to speak to myself with you!
