I’m really proud of myself for getting this post up on time, and hope that you are recognizing and celebrating your own victories.
If this is your first time here, every week I share the positive affirmations that I will be using in my own self care routine. I share them in the order that I will be using them (1 is Sunday, 2 is Monday, etc.), but I hope that you will use them in whatever order or way works best for you and your needs.
